Fruit - (I think it may be a pomegranate) - taken in the Chinese Friendship garden.Just a heads up that from today on, I'll be dashing around the net, reading blogs , but not updating here. The countdown to the BIG day has arrived and I have a big load of stuff to get through before the house guests arrive, and so on! The dress fittings continue with avengeance,
menu planning and getting on top of the tiniest of details now.
Wish me luck, cos in a week or so, I will have gained a wonderful son( in law) and survived the build up to this wonderful event!
This weekend was a bit strange, movie like really, as we attended a funeral, and emotionally hit highs and lows, but that seems to be the roller coaster of life.
Did some browsing in a new Market venue, which wasn't really that good but after the emotions of saturday it was good to get out and just cruise in neutral for a while.
Watched Movie - Red Dog on saturday night and bawled my eyes out - it was a lovely quirky little movie. Do get it out if you can, worth a watch.
And now . . .its already Monday here, tiem flies quicker here in the southern hemisphere, its a beautiful cloud free day, blue skies and cooler temps so gotta get out there and battle with the washing machine. See you all now in a week or so!

ReplyDeleteRed Dog was such a lovely movie!! I too bawled my eyes out too....knowing that it was based on a true story made it all the more emotional.
Hi Krissie, looks like you had a great time in Sydney and those photos of the "dots" from the plane are interesting aren't they. Hope you got to relax and enjoy the wedding :)
